Description:

We’re looking for an organized and driven Junior Project Manager to join our team and help drive projects to successful completion. You’ll be responsible for helping to organize and track the progress of projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved. You’ll monitor the status of ongoing projects, tracking deadlines and deliverables to ensure everything stays on track. You’ll support senior project managers in tracking project progress, identifying risks, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards. You’ll help identify risks and challenges, offering solutions and ensuring that project timelines are adhered to. You’ll track project performance, helping to monitor key metrics and report on progress to stakeholders. You’ll collaborate with clients to ensure their expectations are clearly communicated and met throughout the project lifecycle. You’ll assist in organizing and facilitating project meetings, ensuring action items are captured and followed up on.

Basic Qualifications:

• Help define scope, deliverables, and resource needs for small-to-mid scale projects under guidance from senior PMs.
• Help connect the dots across teams—sometimes just making sure two people talk can save days of confusion.
• Maintain clear records of changes in timelines, scope, or feedback—so the team isn’t guessing what changed and why.
• Contribute to retrospective sessions with honest insights and suggestions for how to improve next time.
• Support task prioritization with leads, especially when things shift fast or new work lands mid-sprint.

Preferred:

• Can take meeting notes, assign action items, and follow up to ensure accountability.
• Pays attention to bottlenecks, blockers, or risks and brings them to the team’s attention.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including design, dev, and marketing.
• Eager to take initiative and solve logistical or coordination issues quickly.
• Familiar with creating timelines, Gantt charts, or milestone trackers.

You’ll stay up-to-date with project management tools and best practices, continuously improving your skills and efficiency.
