Description:

We’re hiring a Photographer / Videographer Trainee — no professional experience required, just a passion for visual storytelling and a drive to learn by doing. You’ll assist in planning, shooting, and editing visual stories — interviews, vlogs, aesthetic b-roll, table scenes, morning light, walks, hands making tea, and real-life pauses that feel like cinema. We’ll teach you how to work quietly, move intentionally, and catch candid shots without disrupting the flow. Expect to help set up lights, test angles, adjust camera settings, and assist with styling and shot planning. You’ll learn how to shoot both photo and video — full-body looks, tight crops, beauty shots, and mood-driven footage. You’ll also get experience working with reflectors, softboxes, backdrops, and editing software like Lightroom and Premiere. We’ll guide you in capturing ambient details, layering space, and creating rhythm in your footage that feels human and poetic. You’ll gain skills in framing wide vs. You’ll assist with organizing footage, tagging clips, syncing audio, and even helping build teaser edits.

Basic Qualifications:

• Handle the full content lifecycle—from concept to final export and delivery.
• Maintain an organized archive of past projects for future edits or reuse.
• Color-correct, sound-balance, and add motion or graphic elements when needed.
• Scout and prepare locations, ensuring lighting, space, and sound are appropriate.
• Follow file-naming conventions and delivery specs exactly to avoid confusion.

Preferred:

• Able to deliver final media in appropriate formats and aspect ratios for social media, web, or print.
• Can capture both horizontal and vertical content optimized for multiple platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
• Background or passion in visual storytelling, film, photography, or content production.
• Familiar with editing tools such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
• Organized with managing RAW files, exporting batches, and maintaining a logical file structure.
