We’re looking for an Instagram Reels Editor who can turn ordinary clips into captivating, shareable content. You’ll be in charge of crafting Reels that not only stand out but keep people coming back for more. If you're always ahead of the curve with the latest trends, sounds, and editing techniques, then you’re exactly who we need. If you have an eye for trends and know how to tweak your content to stay relevant, you’ll be a perfect fit for this role. Whether you're working with existing footage or creating fresh content, you’ll need to bring a creative twist to every video. We need someone who can work quickly, edit on the fly, and still produce high-quality content that feels both polished and authentic.

Basic Qualifications:

• Edit vertical video content optimized specifically for Reels, with punchy intros, trendy music, and smooth transitions.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and animators when additional visuals or overlays are needed.
• Give creative input beyond editing—what's the hook, what should the shot list look like, what could be better?
• Stay in sync with content calendars, campaigns, and real-time marketing moments.
• Repurpose content from longer videos (YouTube, TikTok) into digestible Reels without losing meaning.

Preferred:

• Proficient in using mobile or desktop editing tools like CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Enjoys fast-paced creative challenges and adapting to new trends quickly.
• Can generate creative video concepts based on trends or client briefs.
• Basic understanding of copyright and using royalty-free or licensed music.
• Currently studying media, design, communication, or a related creative field.
