Description:

We’re looking for a highly organized Logistics Coordinator who thrives on keeping things running smoothly. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes force making sure products, schedules, and shipments all line up perfectly. You’ll manage inventory levels, ensuring the right products are in stock and available for shipment when needed. You’ll update records, handle logistics software, and make sure everything stays accurate and current. You’ll monitor and evaluate the efficiency of the logistics process, making recommendations for improvements to reduce costs and increase speed. You’ll ensure that all shipments are properly packaged, labeled, and prepared for transportation to meet safety and regulatory requirements. You’ll oversee the logistics documentation, including customs forms, shipment tracking, and invoices, ensuring everything is properly filed. You’ll keep our operations running like a well-oiled machine — even when challenges arise. You’ll manage logistics documentation, including customs paperwork, import/export declarations, and delivery receipts.

Basic Qualifications:

• Communicate clearly with customers regarding shipment ETAs, changes, or issues—maintaining professionalism and transparency.
• Collaborate with sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams to align order fulfillment with customer expectations and internal timelines.
• Maintain strong relationships with key vendors and logistics partners to negotiate better terms and ensure priority handling.
• Keep digital files organized, backup records secure, and processes well-documented for training and handoffs.
• Use tools like Excel, SAP, NetSuite, or logistics software to track orders, shipments, and stock levels accurately.

Preferred:

• Organized with managing schedules, stock levels, and delivery calendars across time zones.
• Familiar with logistics software, shipping platforms, or spreadsheets for tracking orders.
• Thrives in deadline-driven, remote-friendly work environments that reward precision and coordination.
• Experience coordinating shipments, deliveries, or inventory across vendors or locations.
• Can suggest process improvements to reduce delays, errors, or inefficiencies in fulfillment.
