Description:

We’re hiring a skilled Fiverr Gig Manager to take charge of our gig listings, ensuring they are engaging and perform well on the platform. You’ll be responsible for creating and optimizing gig content, including titles, descriptions, pricing, and visuals, to attract potential clients. You’ll be responsible for responding to inquiries, managing client expectations, and ensuring timely delivery of services. You’ll ensure all client communications are timely and professional, maintaining a positive relationship throughout the project. You’ll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction to maintain high ratings. You’ll handle order management, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services to maintain positive feedback and repeat business. You’ll track and report on gig performance, adjusting strategies to boost traffic, ranking, and sales. You’ll track customer feedback, ensuring that positive reviews and testimonials are consistently received. You’ll assist with updating gig content, including images, videos, and pricing, to keep everything fresh and competitive.

Basic Qualifications:

• Coordinate seasonal campaigns, discounts, or limited-time bundles to boost gig traffic.
• Manage communication with clients across multiple gigs—ensuring tone stays professional, friendly, and on-brand.
• Oversee and optimize Fiverr gig listings—writing clear titles, crafting compelling descriptions, selecting relevant tags, and uploading strong visuals or videos.
• Handle order disputes, Fiverr support tickets, or negative feedback with professionalism and solutions-first mindset.
• Help define pricing tiers, package details, and add-on services to maximize order value and transparency.

Preferred:

• Understands the value of fast, honest, and personalized customer service on gig platforms.
• Pays close attention to gig delivery timelines, customer expectations, and quality standards.
• Open to collaborating with service providers (designers, writers, editors, etc.) to refine deliverables.
• Can help manage client communication across time zones with timely responses.
• Experience using tools like Canva, Trello, or Google Sheets to organize workflows is a plus.
