Description:

We’re looking for a Webflow Developer who can bring static designs to life with seamless interactivity, clean structure, and pixel-perfect accuracy. You know that Webflow isn’t just a drag-and-drop tool — it’s a full-fledged development environment when used by the right hands. Whether it’s a marketing site, portfolio, landing page, or CMS-driven blog, you know how to architect clean layouts with consistent class naming, scalable structures, and thoughtful animations. You’re fluent in Webflow’s CMS, Interactions, and Designer tools, and you’ve probably built everything from simple landing pages to robust, multi-page marketing websites. Your class naming system is organized, your layouts are mobile-first, and your published sites load fast and look sharp. You understand how to balance design aesthetics with UX best practices and aren’t afraid to offer suggestions that improve the final product. You don’t just build — you solve problems, optimize flows, and bring ideas to life.

Basic Qualifications:

• Use Webflow’s built-in form actions, integrations, or Zapier to connect front-end actions with backend tools.
• Help maintain internal documentation or loom walkthroughs for teams managing content or small tweaks post-launch.
• Support landing page creation for marketing experiments with quick turnarounds and clean versioning.
• Handle site backups, version tracking, and duplicate cloning to ensure safety during updates or redesigns.
• Help clients or teams migrate legacy sites to Webflow with minimal downtime and full fidelity.

Preferred:

• Familiar with client handoff processes and preparing Editor-friendly interfaces.
• Interested in automation, no-code workflows, and scaling design-to-dev pipelines.
• Able to export clean code or integrate Webflow builds with third-party tools.
• Proficient in Webflow with experience building responsive websites from scratch.
• Enjoys creating clean, modern websites with intuitive user experience.
