Description:

We’re hiring an Email Marketing Assistant to help create and manage email campaigns that drive engagement and sales. You’ll be responsible for drafting and editing email copy, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the audience. You’ll assist with creating visually appealing email templates that are consistent with the brand and optimize user experience. You’ll assist in building segmented email lists, targeting specific customer groups with personalized messaging. You’ll help build and maintain segmented email lists, targeting specific groups with personalized content to improve conversion rates. You’ll track email campaign performance, generating reports on open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to guide strategy. You’ll help with A/B testing, testing different subject lines, CTAs, and email formats to improve campaign outcomes. You’ll work with email marketing tools and automation systems to set up and maintain automated email workflows.

Basic Qualifications:

• Document and maintain SOPs for recurring email tasks, templates, and tagging conventions.
• Balance speed with accuracy—emails move fast, but every click depends on getting it right.
• Maintain subscriber lists—cleaning bounces, removing duplicates, and ensuring compliance with privacy laws like GDPR/CCPA.
• Help brainstorm content ideas for newsletters, promotions, or educational emails that add value beyond selling.
• Coordinate with the customer support team to ensure responses to email replies are timely and helpful.

Preferred:

• Basic understanding of email marketing principles, including audience segmentation and A/B testing.
• Knows how to optimize send times and segment campaigns by audience behavior.
• Able to work with marketing teams, designers, and copywriters remotely.
• Comfortable creating and formatting newsletters, campaign emails, and automated flows.
• Enjoys combining data and creativity to improve results and audience engagement.
