Description:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented SEO Specialist to help drive organic traffic and improve search rankings across various platforms. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies that drive organic growth and improve search rankings. You’ll conduct keyword research and analyze competitors to identify growth opportunities and optimize website content. You’ll optimize website content, meta tags, and images to ensure all pages are search engine friendly. You’ll monitor search engine algorithms and adapt strategies to ensure compliance with the latest best practices and updates. You’ll use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs to track SEO performance and gather data-driven insights. You’ll perform on-page and off-page SEO, including link building, content optimization, and technical SEO audits. You’ll assist with creating SEO-friendly content that aligns with the company’s brand voice and drives engagement. You’ll track search engine algorithm updates and adjust strategies to maintain compliance and improve rankings.

Basic Qualifications:

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and marketing teams to embed SEO early in content and UX planning.
• Collaborate with content writers to produce SEO-optimized articles, blog posts, and landing pages that drive traffic and conversions.
• Optimize on-page elements such as title tags, meta descriptions, headers, URLs, and image alt text for SEO best practices.
• Develop and execute link-building strategies through guest posts, outreach, directories, and digital PR efforts.
• Identify low-performing content and develop strategies to update, consolidate, or retire pages to boost overall site health.

Preferred:

• Understands how to analyze Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword performance reports.
• Pays attention to URL structure, image optimization, and accessibility standards.
• Familiar with technical SEO basics including site speed, crawlability, and mobile-friendliness.
• Comfortable writing or editing content for SEO while maintaining readability and brand tone.
• Stays updated with Google algorithm changes and evolving search trends.
