Description:

We’re looking for a Canva Template Designer who doesn’t just follow design rules — they *bend* them to create stunning, user-friendly templates that people actually want to use. You live and breathe aesthetics — from modern minimalist to bold and quirky, you know how to bring a vibe to life. Your Canva folders are filled with layouts you’ve probably never even published (but still obsess over). You understand how to balance fonts, colors, spacing, and structure to make anything look instantly professional and usable. This isn’t just about making things “pretty” — it’s about building templates that non-designers *want* to use and can easily customize. You’ve probably created and sold your own template packs or helped brands scale their design output without sacrificing consistency. You know how to build with the user in mind, creating intuitive layouts that are easy to adapt and feel effortless to use. You have a strong eye for consistency and understand how to build out full collections that feel cohesive across platforms.

Basic Qualifications:

• Adapt template styles across multiple niches (coaches, teachers, content creators, real estate agents, etc.).
• Collaborate with marketers, content creators, or clients to design templates aligned with campaigns, launches, or brand needs.
• Above all, create templates people *love* to use—practical, aesthetic, and a joy to customize.
• Maintain a library of reusable design elements, icons, and layouts to speed up future creation.
• Be proactive in suggesting new template types or formats based on seasonal trends or business goals.

Preferred:

• Can follow brand guidelines and create visually consistent content packages.
• Experience designing templates for marketing campaigns, lead magnets, or digital products.
• Knows how to organize and name template files for easy client use and resale.
• Able to design for different niches such as e-commerce, education, real estate, or wellness.
• Comfortable creating templates for marketplaces like Etsy, Creative Market, or Gumroad.
