Description:

We’re looking for an energetic and passionate Community Manager to help grow and engage our online community. You’ll be responsible for developing strategies to foster positive interactions and maintain an active, thriving community. You’ll help implement strategies to increase engagement, retain members, and build a strong sense of belonging within the community. You’ll monitor online discussions, responding to comments and messages, and resolving any issues that arise in a timely manner. You’ll collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align community efforts with broader brand initiatives and campaigns. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to create community-driven campaigns, events, and initiatives that drive brand awareness. You’ll resolve community issues, conflicts, and concerns in a timely and professional manner to maintain a positive atmosphere. You’ll monitor community conversations, ensuring that the brand’s voice remains consistent and on-message across all platforms.

Basic Qualifications:

• Collaborate with social or content teams to amplify community voices and achievements.
• Be available for real-time engagement during key moments—launches, crises, or celebrations.
• Stay active in relevant spaces, sharing knowledge, promoting community values, and building authentic relationships.
• Balance being a leader, listener, and learner—great community management is part strategy, part service.
• Organize community meetups—virtual or in-person—and manage logistics, invites, and follow-ups.

Preferred:

• Values empathy, transparency, and meaningful connection in digital spaces.
• Excited to scale communities while keeping them human, intentional, and vibrant.
• Experience managing online communities on platforms like Discord, Facebook Groups, Slack, or forums.
• Comfortable engaging with members daily and encouraging participation without being pushy.
• Can document processes, FAQs, and playbooks for internal or external use.

You’ll track feedback from the community and provide recommendations to improve product offerings, services, and overall customer experience. You’ll actively listen to the community’s needs and concerns, ensuring their voices are heard and represented in the company’s decisions. You’ll develop strategies to reward active community members and encourage participation through contests, giveaways, and loyalty programs. This remote role offers flexibility, allowing you to manage the community and contribute to its growth from anywhere.
