Description:

We’re seeking a Fashion Designer who doesn’t just follow trends — but defines them through vision, silhouette, and emotion. You’ll lead the design of ready-to-wear collections that are as thoughtful as they are wearable — built for real people, real bodies, and real lives. You’ll lead the design process from mood boards to tech packs, ensuring a cohesive visual narrative across each line. We’ll rely on your ability to research materials, experiment with textures, and translate abstract ideas into garments that feel modern and refined. We expect you to work closely with pattern makers and sample developers to explore structure, movement, and technical possibilities. Expect to guide the process from initial idea to final production — including fittings, pattern revisions, and pre-launch styling. Your process should balance innovation and discipline — knowing when to push and when to pare back. You’ll contribute to moodboards, print direction, and silhouette research for seasonal refreshes or capsule drops. We’ll rely on your taste, intuition, and awareness of form, drape, and silhouette in both sketch and sample.

Basic Qualifications:

• Work closely with brand managers, stylists, and merchandisers to align designs with the brand’s identity.
• Balance creativity with commercial viability—what looks good must also sell and scale.
• Create mood boards, lookbooks, and technical drawings to communicate your ideas clearly to the team.
• Keep digital files, sketches, and samples organized for future reference or re-use.
• Bring your passion for fashion to everything you do—the energy shows in the final collection.

Preferred:

• Pays close attention to fit, proportions, stitching, and finishing details.
• Willing to work in fast-paced studio environments or participate in brand collaborations.
• Comfortable preparing tech packs, spec sheets, and production-ready documentation for manufacturers.
• Enjoys expressing culture, identity, and emotion through wearable art.
• Open to experimenting with silhouettes, textiles, embellishments, and construction techniques.
