Description:
We’re looking for a highly organized Notion Workspace Organizer to help us streamline our digital workspace and boost team productivity. You’ll be responsible for organizing and structuring Notion pages to ensure they are easy to navigate and support efficient workflows. You’ll assist in creating custom templates, databases, and task boards to streamline project management and team communication. You’ll collaborate with team members to understand their needs and customize the workspace to enhance collaboration and communication. You’ll maintain a clean and consistent layout, ensuring all content is easily accessible and up-to-date for everyone in the team. You’ll assist in setting up project boards, task tracking systems, and communication channels within Notion. You’ll maintain an organized system of knowledge management, ensuring all documents and resources are easily accessible and searchable. You’ll train team members on how to use Notion effectively, providing guidance and support as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
- Create multi-view setups (calendar, table, board, gallery) that cater to different user preferences or roles.
- Set up permission structures, workspace organization, and shared vs private pages to ensure security and access clarity.
- Use databases for goal setting, client management, editorial tracking, and product development timelines.
- Build reusable, scalable templates with consistent naming conventions, icons, and cover images for better user experience.
- Help migrate data from other tools (e.g., Trello, Airtable, Asana, Google Docs) into Notion without losing structure or usability.
Preferred:
- Comfortable setting up task managers, content calendars, CRMs, or knowledge hubs.
- Familiar with database views such as tables, boards, calendars, and galleries.
- Stays updated on Notion feature releases, best practices, and community templates.
- Proficient in Notion with experience creating databases, pages, and custom dashboards.
- Can organize large amounts of information into easy-to-navigate pages and categories.
