We’re searching for an Online Course Assistant who thrives in digital classrooms and genuinely enjoys helping others learn. You’ll work hand-in-hand with instructors to make sure every course module is published on time, every student question gets answered, and no one feels left behind. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between instructors and learners — organizing course materials, managing discussion boards, responding to student questions, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll also monitor student engagement, track assignment submissions, and flag participants who may need extra support or reminders. If your idea of satisfaction is seeing a confused learner finally *get it*, you’re exactly who we need. We’re looking for someone who can stay on top of multiple tasks at once, troubleshoot basic issues, and offer encouragement when learners need a little boost. You’ll help schedule live sessions, send gentle reminders, and make sure the learning journey is smooth from start to finish. Basic Qualifications:

• Draft course updates or weekly newsletters to keep students informed and motivated.
• Be present in discussions to keep momentum going and encourage thoughtful participation.
• Collect and summarize feedback from learners to help improve course quality over time.
• Liaise between students and instructors when questions need expert clarification.
• Stay familiar with the course content to offer relevant and helpful support, not just generic responses.

• Interested in the future of online learning and how to support student success.
• Eager to assist instructors in managing content uploads, announcements, and assignments.
• Pays attention to tone and clarity when writing instructions or support responses.
• Interest in education, e-learning platforms, or digital course delivery.
• Familiar with calendar scheduling, reminders, and communication via email or chat.
