Description:

We’re seeking a Music Producer who thrives on versatility — someone who can craft polished soundscapes for streaming hits, cinematic trailers, brand campaigns, or immersive digital experiences with the same level of creativity and control. You’ll be responsible for taking musical projects from scratch to final mix, helping artists discover, shape, and refine their sonic identity. You’ll lead creative direction in the studio — shaping melody, tone, arrangement, and space with both instinct and strategy. We expect you to work across genres and tempos — whether it’s stripped-down acoustic or layered electronic textures — with equal clarity and taste. You’ll work across genres, helping artists explore their range while maintaining cohesion and purpose in every track. You’ll produce beats, manipulate samples, build textures, and make decisions that elevate not just the song — but the brand. We expect you to balance emotion with technical excellence, making sure every sound choice supports the message, not just the vibe. We’ll rely on you to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with both artistic goals and commercial viability. You’ll be involved in post-production decisions like mix notes, arrangement tweaks, and mastering revisions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Provide constructive feedback to performers and guide vocal takes for maximum impact.
• Manage studio sessions, keeping artists focused, inspired, and on schedule.
• Balance perfectionism with progress—know when a track is done.
• Collaborate with audio engineers or mastering pros to finish songs at a high professional level.
• Collaborate with artists, songwriters, and musicians to shape the sound and feel of each track.

Preferred:

• Able to deliver stems, instrumentals, acapellas, or radio edits as needed for release or sync licensing.
• Wants to grow into roles like Executive Producer, Sound Designer, or Label A&R.
• Familiar with mastering basics or able to prepare premasters for external engineers.
• Familiar with vocal editing, tuning (e.g., Melodyne, Auto-Tune), and aligning timing for a polished result.
• Pays strong attention to clarity, loudness, stereo imaging, and frequency balance in mixes.
