Description:

We’re hiring a Remote Branding Consultant to help businesses define, refine, and communicate their unique brand identity. You’ll collaborate with clients to define their brand identity, guiding them through the process of articulating their values and mission. You’ll guide clients through brand positioning, voice development, and messaging that resonates with their target audience. You’ll help clients create compelling brand stories that highlight their unique value proposition and connect with customers emotionally. You’ll provide strategic advice on how to position brands in the market, increasing visibility and appeal. You’ll help clients develop brand guidelines to ensure cohesive communication and design across all channels. You’ll provide strategic advice on brand development, marketing campaigns, and growth strategies tailored to each client’s goals. You’ll help clients build a cohesive and recognizable brand presence across digital platforms, including social media and websites. You’ll work remotely, offering your expertise to businesses of all sizes and industries, from startups to established companies.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ensure the brand feels authentic, modern, and flexible enough to grow with the business.
• Help clients avoid shallow branding—go beyond just visuals and focus on what makes them unique and memorable.
• Build out customer personas and messaging frameworks to guide marketing and content decisions.
• Coordinate brand launches or refreshes, including timelines, assets, and cross-platform rollout strategies.
• Create brand tone-of-voice guidelines and sample copy that shows how to communicate across different contexts.

Preferred:

• Comfortable leading workshops or brand discovery calls via Zoom or similar platforms.
• Willing to collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams on rollout plans.
• Experience developing brand identities including voice, visuals, and positioning.
• Can guide the creation of logos, color palettes, and typography that align with brand values.
• Enjoys working with clients to uncover their purpose and translate it visually and verbally.

You’ll work independently in a remote setting, managing multiple projects and offering tailored solutions for each client.
