Description:

We’re hiring a friendly and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our remote team and deliver outstanding service. You’ll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You’ll assist with troubleshooting, product information, and issue resolution, ensuring customers feel valued and heard. You’ll maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring follow-up actions and resolutions are properly documented. You’ll manage customer expectations by providing clear, concise, and helpful responses across multiple communication channels. You’ll work with the team to escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further resolution. You’ll keep customers informed about product updates, promotions, and policies, ensuring clear communication at all times. You’ll provide feedback to the team regarding recurring customer concerns, helping improve products and services.

Basic Qualifications:

• Balance speed and quality—respond quickly, but not at the expense of a helpful, complete answer.
• Track tickets using helpdesk software like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom—keeping communication organized and timely.
• Support onboarding of new customers by guiding them through first steps or setup flows.
• Be the human touchpoint in an increasingly automated world—because great support builds customer loyalty.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone with a friendly, clear, and solution-focused tone.

Preferred:

• Familiar with support platforms like Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Help Scout.
• Background or strong interest in customer success, communication, or digital tools.
• Able to adapt tone and language based on customer personality and situation.
• Understands how great customer support impacts brand loyalty and growth.
• Organized with task tracking tools like Notion, Trello, or Jira.

This remote position allows you to work from home while providing excellent service to our customers across various platforms.
