Description:

We’re looking for a skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our remote team and help create visually stunning designs for our brand. You’ll be responsible for crafting visual content for digital platforms, print materials, and marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to create stunning designs that align with our brand strategy and objectives. You’ll create designs for print materials such as brochures, business cards, and flyers, ensuring they reflect the brand’s identity. You’ll ensure that all designs are on-brand, consistent, and optimized for different platforms and devices. You’ll design logos, icons, and other visual elements that are easily recognizable and help strengthen the brand’s presence. You’ll collaborate with the content team to produce visual elements that enhance messaging and storytelling across all media. You’ll stay current with design trends and continuously apply best practices to improve the quality of your work.

Basic Qualifications:

• Use tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or Canva depending on project scope.
• Support brand evolution by testing new styles or visuals and proposing updates when appropriate.
• Support asset creation for product launches, webinars, events, or press—whatever needs visual love.
• Ultimately, help the brand *look* as great as it *is*—through visuals that inspire, inform, and connect.
• Participate in reviews, give constructive feedback to peers, and receive critiques with openness and curiosity.

Preferred:

• Organized with file naming, version control, and delivering assets on time.
• Excited to grow into roles like Brand Designer, UI Designer, or Art Director.
• Open to learning new tools, plugins, or trends to improve workflow.
• Enjoys solving visual problems and exploring unique design directions.
• Pays attention to visual hierarchy, spacing, and consistency in all assets.
