We’re hiring an Online Course Assistant who’s passionate about smooth learning experiences and loves being the quiet engine behind a successful virtual classroom. In this role, you’ll assist instructors by uploading course materials, scheduling content, sharing announcements, and responding to student questions across email, chat, or forums. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between instructors and learners — organizing course materials, managing discussion boards, responding to student questions, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll manage course platforms, organize files, keep calendars updated, and occasionally jump in to help troubleshoot tech issues. Your inbox will be full of questions, and you’ll love replying with clarity, encouragement, and just the right amount of detail. If you can catch typos, fix broken links, and gently remind people about deadlines — all in the same hour — you’ll thrive here. If you enjoy keeping things organized, love helping others succeed, and are familiar with tools like Google Drive, Zoom, and LMS platforms, we’d love to have you on our team. You’ll help schedule live sessions, send gentle reminders, and make sure the learning journey is smooth from start to finish. You don’t need to know every learning platform out there, but you’re quick to figure things out and resourceful when answers aren’t obvious.

Basic Qualifications:

• Be present in discussions to keep momentum going and encourage thoughtful participation.
• Draft course updates or weekly newsletters to keep students informed and motivated.
• Organize student queries or support tickets by category to streamline resolution.
• Troubleshoot common issues related to login, course access, or file downloads.
• Gather testimonials, ratings, or success stories from students for marketing purposes.

Preferred:

• Able to provide technical support to students with login or access issues.
• Willing to support quizzes, file uploads, or video lectures by ensuring everything is in place.
• Capable of managing simple tasks independently after training.
• Pays attention to tone and clarity when writing instructions or support responses.
• Comfortable answering questions in a professional, timely, and friendly manner.
