Description:

We’re looking for a Fashion Designer who can blend artistic vision with wearable structure — someone who designs with intention, innovates through form, and tells stories through fabric and silhouette. You’ll be responsible for conceptualizing, sketching, and developing collections that align with seasonal direction, brand identity, and market trends. You’ll conduct deep research across fashion history, art, architecture, and social movements to inform your creative direction. You’ll translate ideas into sketches, fabric choices, and garment prototypes that tell stories and provoke curiosity. You’ll work closely with pattern makers, seamstresses, and production teams to bring your sketches to life with precision. You’ll select fabrics, trims, colors, and details that elevate function, movement, and emotional impact. You’ll oversee fittings, technical adjustments, and finish details that ensure garments are camera-ready and runway-worthy. You’ll be involved in campaign art direction, lookbook styling, and show concepts to ensure the collection lives as a full experience. We’ll rely on your taste, intuition, and awareness of form, drape, and silhouette in both sketch and sample.

Basic Qualifications:

• Revise and refine collections based on feedback, samples, and wearability testing.
• Sketch and develop original clothing designs that reflect current trends and your unique creative vision.
• Design for real people—taking into account comfort, body diversity, and day-to-day function.
• Help prepare for fashion shows, campaigns, or lookbook shoots, ensuring every piece shines on camera.
• Create detailed tech packs and specs for production and quality assurance teams.

Preferred:

• Thrives in highly creative, hands-on environments where concept meets construction.
• Can adapt designs based on feedback, trend forecasts, or customer data insights.
• Willing to work with suppliers, sample makers, and factories throughout the prototyping process.
• Enjoys expressing culture, identity, and emotion through wearable art.
• Wants to grow into roles like Head Designer, Creative Director, or Brand Founder.
