Description:

We’re offering a Web Designer Trainee position for someone who’s ready to turn sketches into scroll-stopping digital experiences — no experience required, just a creative mindset and a desire to grow. You’ll help design landing pages, product pages, and simple components that feel smooth, modern, and user-friendly. We’ll teach you how to apply colors, typography, and imagery in ways that strengthen identity and boost usability. You’ll help translate wireframes into high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Expect to collaborate with marketing teams, developers, and writers to bring campaigns and ideas to life visually. You’ll collaborate with developers to ensure your designs are both creative and technically feasible. We’ll guide you through mobile-first thinking, web accessibility, and how to keep users at the center of every decision. You’ll assist in refining navigation menus, content blocks, and page hierarchies for usability and clarity. You’ll also support A/B testing efforts, helping assess which designs perform best and why.

Basic Qualifications:

• Present design concepts to stakeholders and explain the thinking behind your choices.
• Design with accessibility in mind—think contrast, readability, and keyboard navigation.
• Use prototypes to demonstrate interactions, transitions, and user flow.
• Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and product teams to align on messaging and goals.
• Design landing pages, e-commerce experiences, or dashboards depending on project needs.

Preferred:

• Organized with file versioning, design folders, and project timelines.
• Proficient in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Webflow with a strong eye for layout, color, and typography.
• Experience designing responsive websites that adapt gracefully across devices and screen sizes.
• Can deliver pixel-perfect assets and documentation for development handoff.
• Comfortable adapting designs for brand refreshes, campaign assets, or seasonal variations.
