Description:

We’re seeking a Warehouse Manager with proven leadership, operational discipline, and a results-driven mindset. You’ll be the go-to person for every shipment in, every product out, and everything in between. You’ll manage a team with clarity, fairness, and clear expectations — because confusion slows everything down. You’ll monitor productivity, enforce safety, and keep deadlines from becoming suggestions. You’ll know exactly what’s in your warehouse, what’s leaving, and what’s arriving next — without checking twice. You’ll conduct regular audits to verify stock integrity, equipment readiness, and process consistency. When issues arise — from delays to equipment glitches — you’ll troubleshoot calmly and decisively. You’ll know the layout like the back of your hand and keep your team running like clockwork. You’ll collaborate with procurement, transportation, and sales to keep communication seamless.

Basic Qualifications:

• Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff—ensuring safety protocols, productivity standards, and performance expectations are consistently met.
• Use inventory management systems (e.g., NetSuite, Fishbowl, SAP) to track stock levels, reconcile discrepancies, and minimize shrinkage.
• Prepare staffing plans for seasonal peaks, large orders, or product launches—balancing labor cost and workload effectively.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs such as order accuracy, fulfillment speed, inventory turnover, and damage/loss rates—taking corrective action when needed.
• Adapt quickly to unexpected changes in supply, demand, or transportation disruptions to keep operations running smoothly.

• Wants to grow into roles like Operations Director, Supply Chain Manager, or Logistics Lead.
• Background or interest in supply chain, operations management, or logistics.
