Description:

We’re hiring a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage and oversee the movement of goods and materials within our supply chain. You’ll be responsible for coordinating the flow of materials from suppliers to warehouses, and from warehouses to customers. You’ll collaborate with multiple teams, including suppliers, transportation partners, and internal stakeholders, to optimize logistics operations. You’ll work closely with transportation providers to organize shipping schedules and track deliveries, ensuring deadlines are met. You’ll work closely with vendors, drivers, and internal teams to make sure nothing gets lost in translation (or transit). Your inbox is a battlefield, but you conquer it daily with clear communication and fast responses. Whether it’s tracking a shipment or fixing a supply issue on the fly, you’re always a step ahead. You’ll ensure that all deliveries meet safety standards and comply with regulations, making sure no delays or penalties occur. You bring clarity to chaos and create systems that others can rely on.

Basic Qualifications:

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking efforts to avoid shortages or overstocking in warehouses or retail locations.
• Verify that shipments are correctly labeled, packaged, and documented to minimize risk and comply with destination requirements.
• Coordinate the movement of goods, materials, or shipments across local, regional, or international routes—ensuring timely delivery and compliance.
• Resolve issues like damaged goods, shipment errors, or customs holds through quick, effective communication and documentation.
• Ensure that all logistics operations comply with safety standards, legal requirements, and company policies.

Preferred:

• Comfortable analyzing shipping data or patterns to help improve operations.
• Understands the basics of supply chain processes including procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
• Enjoys solving logistical challenges and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
• Background or interest in logistics, supply chain, operations, or business support.
• Willing to update reports, dashboards, or shipment records on a daily or weekly basis.
