We’re seeking a Webflow Developer who doesn’t just build websites — you craft digital experiences that feel smooth, modern, and intentional. You don’t just know how to use Webflow — you understand how to *build with intention*, creating fast, responsive, and scalable websites that not only look amazing but perform flawlessly. You treat classes, CMS collections, and interactions like tools in an artist’s kit, and you know when to keep it simple and when to push boundaries. Your workflow is clean, organized, and efficient — you know how to set up global styles, name classes with logic, and make edits without breaking the layout. Your class naming system is organized, your layouts are mobile-first, and your published sites load fast and look sharp. You understand UX as much as design and can translate static mockups into living, breathing sites with personality and purpose. You know how to use CMS to empower clients and content teams, and you’re confident integrating third-party tools or adding a bit of custom code when Webflow’s native features fall short.

Basic Qualifications:

• Export and hand off clean HTML/CSS when needed, especially for hybrid setups or migration plans.
• Stay updated on Webflow updates, cloneables, and community best practices to constantly improve your builds.
• Help maintain internal documentation or loom walkthroughs for teams managing content or small tweaks post-launch.
• Implement interactions, animations, and CMS structures using Webflow's native tools to enhance UX without bloating performance.
• Implement SEO best practices during development—meta tags, alt text, semantic HTML structure, and performance optimization.

Preferred:

• Excited to work remotely on creative, fast-paced projects with global teams.
• Able to turn Figma or design mockups into pixel-perfect Webflow websites.
• Familiar with using custom code blocks (HTML, CSS, JS) when needed.
• Comfortable collaborating with designers, marketers, and clients directly.
• Understands the box model, positioning, and how styles cascade in Webflow.
