Description:

We’re seeking a Customer Success Associate who sees every interaction as a chance to build trust, offer clarity, and leave someone feeling better than when they reached out. You’ll be the empathetic, knowledgeable point of contact for our customers, ensuring they feel confident and cared for every time they interact with us. You’ll be that steady, reliable presence customers turn to when they’re stuck, confused, or just need a little reassurance that they’re on the right track. You’ll answer questions, follow up on issues, and proactively check in to make sure everything’s running smoothly. Whether it’s a quick chat or a more complex inquiry, you’ll respond with warmth and professionalism — always aiming to exceed expectations. Whether you’re walking someone through a tricky feature, flagging bugs to the product team, or just sending a helpful how-to guide, you’ll be making a real impact every day. You’re organized, responsive, and always thinking about how to make the experience better for the next person.

Basic Qualifications:

• Help define internal processes that make customer care more consistent, scalable, and delightful.
• Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their goals and ensuring we're supporting their success.
• Track recurring issues and share insights with the product team to reduce friction and improve UX.
• Organize and host check-ins, product walkthroughs, or Q&A sessions based on client needs and stage.
• Monitor customer activity and proactively reach out to offer tips, training, or solutions before issues arise.

Preferred:

• Currently studying or has a background in business, communications, or tech.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools, dashboards, or support platforms.
• Sees themselves growing into Customer Success Management or Account Management roles.
• Can handle complaints calmly and escalate when necessary without losing trust.
• Experience working in SaaS, tech, or B2B environments is a plus.
