Description:

We’re hiring a Junior Frontend Developer Trainee to help turn Figma designs into functional, pixel-perfect components — no experience required, just attention to detail and solid fundamentals in HTML, CSS, and JS. You’ll work on interfaces that don’t just work — they feel good, flow naturally, and leave an impression. You’ll work inside a real codebase from week one — building components, fixing layout issues, and learning the logic behind dynamic interfaces. You’ll get hands-on with responsive design, layout systems like Flexbox and Grid, and learn how to write clean, maintainable code. Expect to work with components in React (or similar), using props and variants to match Figma’s logic and structure. We’ll show you how to read Figma files, translate mockups into working interfaces, and implement pixel-perfect UIs. You’ll also learn how to keep animations lightweight and performance-friendly, even on mobile or low-end devices. You’ll discover how inclusive design improves usability for everyone — not just people using assistive tech. You’ll also learn how to use tools like Vite, ESLint, Prettier, and how to debug like a real dev (not just refresh endlessly).

Basic Qualifications:

• Improve pages based on real user feedback, not just your own screen.
• Refactor code when it starts to smell (we’ll help you spot it).
• Write clean, readable code and keep it consistent with the team’s style guide.
• Support accessibility, SEO, and performance best practices even if you're still mastering them.
• Learn by doing, failing, asking, and trying again—this role is about growth.

Preferred:

• Knows basic accessibility (a11y) standards and best practices (e.g. keyboard navigation, ARIA).
• Open to writing simple animations, transitions, or micro-interactions for better UX.
• Familiar with using Git and version control platforms like GitHub or GitLab for collaboration.
• Can set up simple frontend projects from scratch and follow clean folder structures.
• Familiar with package managers like npm or yarn and basic build tools (Webpack, Vite, or Parcel).
