Description:

We’re hiring a Flight Attendant Trainee who’s eager to learn how to combine safety, hospitality, and teamwork at 35,000 feet — no experience needed, just enthusiasm, responsibility, and a service-first mindset. You’ll be trained to deliver safe, smooth, and welcoming experiences across domestic and international routes. We’ll train you in safety briefings, medical response, and how to remain composed in a variety of in-flight scenarios. You’ll assist with cabin preparation, luggage storage, and ensuring all passengers are safely secured for takeoff. Expect to handle a wide range of personalities with kindness, efficiency, and respect. You’ll learn how to perform safety demonstrations, respond to alarms, and act quickly during unexpected events. We’ll show you how to keep passengers calm during turbulence, delays, or unexpected situations. You’ll learn how to de-escalate tense situations calmly, while staying firm on rules and safety procedures. You’ll practice conflict resolution, cultural sensitivity, and how to de-escalate difficult situations gracefully.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the entire flight.
• Reinforce safety rules and help enforce seatbelt, electronics, or carry-on policies.
• Adapt quickly to different time zones, cultures, and work environments every day.
• Support elderly, disabled, or nervous passengers to ensure they feel safe and comfortable.
• Keep composure when dealing with tight schedules, delays, or demanding passengers.

Preferred:

• Physically fit and able to lift luggage, stand for long periods, and assist with emergency evacuations if needed.
• Values courtesy, attention to detail, and problem-solving in guest-facing roles.
• Understands the importance of teamwork, punctuality, and efficiency in flight operations.
• Organized in managing passenger lists, special service requests, and in-flight inventory.
• Background or strong interest in aviation, travel, customer service, or hospitality.
