Description:

We’re hiring a skilled Digital Illustrator to join our creative team and produce captivating visual artwork for a range of projects. You’ll be responsible for creating detailed, high-quality illustrations for websites, social media posts, advertisements, and more. You’ll collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create illustrations that align with the brand’s identity and vision. You’ll use industry-standard software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other digital tools to create high-quality artwork. You’ll help develop visual assets like icons, characters, illustrations, and infographics that tell stories and capture attention. You’ll adapt your illustration style to match the tone and goals of each project, ensuring it meets client specifications. You’ll ensure all illustrations are optimized for digital use, including resizing and formatting to meet project specifications. You’ll assist in refining and iterating on designs based on feedback from the team and clients, ensuring final approvals are met.

Basic Qualifications:

• Create original, high-quality illustrations for a variety of formats including websites, marketing materials, books, packaging, social media, and apps.
• Adapt illustration style to fit different brands, tones, and project needs—whether it's minimalist, whimsical, realistic, or editorial.
• Adjust illustrations to fit different aspect ratios, formats, or platforms (e.g., Instagram carousels vs web headers).
• Participate in design reviews, offering and receiving feedback constructively to improve the final output.
• Document processes, color palettes, and brush settings for future reference or team sharing.

Preferred:

• Pays close attention to visual consistency, proportions, and brand guidelines.
• Understands how to use light, shadow, and texture to enhance depth and mood.
• Willing to create work in collaboration with designers, writers, and developers.
• Has a strong portfolio showcasing a range of illustration styles and subjects.
• Can design for print (posters, stickers, packaging) and/or digital (NFTs, web assets, mobile apps).
