We’re hiring a Flight Attendant Trainee who’s eager to learn how to combine safety, hospitality, and teamwork at 35,000 feet — no experience needed, just enthusiasm, responsibility, and a service-first mindset. You’ll be trained to deliver top-notch care to passengers while ensuring every flight runs smoothly and safely. We’ll train you in aviation safety, first aid, and how to respond to in-flight emergencies with professionalism and care. You’ll assist with passenger seating, overhead storage, and pre-departure routines that set the tone for the flight. Expect to handle a mix of routine and unexpected — from coffee requests to handling anxious passengers during turbulence. You’ll learn the full range of customer service skills, from greeting families with kids to assisting elderly travelers. We’ll guide you through service excellence — offering meals, refreshments, and genuine hospitality with every interaction. You’ll learn how to de-escalate tense situations calmly, while staying firm on rules and safety procedures. We’ll introduce you to emergency procedures, crew coordination, and using equipment like fire extinguishers and oxygen tanks.

Basic Qualifications:

• Handle passenger complaints, conflicts, or special needs with empathy and problem-solving skills.
• Support your team—crew coordination is crucial for a safe and efficient flight.
• Maintain a friendly, approachable demeanor even during stressful or long-haul flights.
• Know the aircraft layout inside and out, including emergency exits and equipment.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the entire flight.

Preferred:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus for international routes.
• Comfortable traveling frequently and adapting to different time zones, cultures, and climates.
• Flexible with work schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and long-haul rotations.
• Familiar with cabin safety protocols, emergency equipment, and first aid response.
