Description:

We’re looking for a Kindergarten Teacher Trainee — no experience needed, just patience, warmth, and a genuine love for helping children grow. You don’t need prior teaching experience — just patience, responsibility, and a willingness to grow as a role model for young children. We’ll show you how to guide children through daily routines, encourage positive behavior, and handle little challenges with calm and care. Your first days will be spent observing, supporting, and gently joining in on group play, art time, storytime, and songs. You’ll help create a warm, structured space where every child feels safe, seen, and encouraged to be themselves. You’ll help with organizing activities, managing small groups, and showing children how to take turns, listen, and express themselves. Expect to read stories aloud, build with blocks, tie shoelaces, and offer steady reassurance when emotions run high. You’ll learn how to guide behavior respectfully — with a calm voice, clear boundaries, and consistency. You’ll learn to log progress, share notes with the team, and adapt your approach as each child grows in their own way.

Basic Qualifications:

• Identify and respond to signs of developmental delays or emotional struggles.
• Guide children through early teamwork, cooperation, and sharing skills.
• Support each child’s emotional needs with patience, kindness, and gentle guidance.
• Ensure all activities meet health, safety, and learning standards.
• Guide children through routines like snack time, clean-up, and group learning.

Preferred:

• Strong communication skills to interact with children, parents, and fellow educators effectively.
• Committed to health and hygiene standards, including handwashing routines and cleaning toys.
• Values compassion, patience, and creativity in early education settings.
• Comfortable incorporating basic technology, art, and storytelling into classroom activities.
• Background or formal education in early childhood education, child psychology, or pedagogy.
