We’re hiring a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support and help streamline daily operations. You’ll be responsible for scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and ensuring appointments are organized and never missed. You’ll handle email management, responding to inquiries, organizing the inbox, and prioritizing messages as needed. You’ll handle research projects, gathering key information and presenting findings to help with decision-making processes. You’ll assist with research tasks, gathering information on various topics to support business initiatives. You’ll support customer service by responding to customer queries, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate information. You’ll engage with clients and customers, providing excellent customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues. You’ll help organize company events, meetings, and webinars, ensuring that all logistics are planned and executed smoothly. You’ll help with customer service by responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely solutions.
Basic Qualifications:
- Help streamline workflows by suggesting time-saving tools or tactics you’ve learned.
- Respond to client inquiries, book appointments, and send reminders—making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as email management, calendar scheduling, and file organization to keep operations running smoothly.
- Assist with personal errands like booking travel, ordering gifts, or handling returns—because life happens outside of work too.
- Prepare weekly summaries or reports of completed tasks, pending items, and upcoming deadlines.
Preferred:
- Capable of tracking tasks and progress using project management platforms.
- Comfortable communicating professionally via email, chat, or video calls.
- Knows how to prioritize urgent tasks and manage deadlines in a remote setting.
- Willing to learn new skills or tools to better support the client’s workflow.
