Description:

We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant to join our team and support daily operations of our online store. You’ll be responsible for managing product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and images are displayed. You’ll assist with processing orders, coordinating shipments, and handling any customer inquiries related to deliveries or product issues. You’ll manage inventory levels, ensuring that products are in stock and properly labeled for customers to purchase. You’ll assist with managing product categories, optimizing product pages for search engines, and maintaining a clean online storefront. You’ll assist with handling customer inquiries, providing assistance, and resolving any issues related to their purchases. You’ll help optimize product pages for better user experience and increased conversion rates. You’ll manage and update product categories, keeping the online store organized and easy to navigate for customers.

Basic Qualifications:

• Help test new store features or product pages to confirm functionality before launch.
• Assist with adding, updating, and managing product listings across platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, or Etsy.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to support email campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
• Keep digital assets organized—images, descriptions, spec sheets—so they’re easy to reuse and scale.
• Contribute ideas to improve store layout, product presentation, or user experience.

Preferred:

• Familiar with CMS platforms and understands how to update homepage banners, collections, or promotions.
• Can help prepare product launches, manage SKUs, and coordinate with suppliers or fulfillment services.
• Understands the importance of mobile responsiveness and consistency across devices.
• Capable of working remotely and communicating clearly with team members and vendors.
• Enjoys working behind the scenes to keep online stores running smoothly.
