Description:

We’re looking for a talented and creative Motion Designer to join our team and bring dynamic visuals to life. You’ll be responsible for developing engaging motion graphics for video content, websites, social media, and advertising campaigns. You’ll work closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure animations are aligned with brand identity and creative goals. You’ll animate everything from logos and icons to full-length video sequences, ensuring they are visually compelling and cohesive. You’ll use tools like Adobe After Effects, Blender, and Cinema 4D to bring ideas to life with smooth transitions, effects, and 3D elements. You’ll ensure that all animations are engaging, on-brand, and visually appealing across different platforms and devices. You’ll ensure all animations are optimized for different platforms, ensuring the best performance across all screen sizes and devices. You’ll work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail in all animations.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ensure all animations align with brand guidelines—colors, fonts, pacing, tone—while still pushing creative boundaries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams remotely using Slack, Trello, Notion, Frame.io, or other async tools.
• Use tools like After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Blender, or Figma to craft smooth, high-quality animations.
• Maintain consistency across animated content so the brand identity feels unified across all platforms.
• Design animated assets such as logo reveals, lower thirds, kinetic typography, and short-form visual loops.

Preferred:

• Comfortable working with vector graphics, 2D assets, and layered compositions.
• Thrives in fast-paced creative environments with remote collaboration.
• Background or interest in animation, visual storytelling, or graphic design.
• Interested in experimenting with new tools, styles, and animation trends.
• Familiar with design principles such as typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
