Description:

We’re hiring a remote Etsy Shop Manager who can keep things running smoothly while helping our brand grow creatively and strategically. You’ll be responsible for uploading new products, refining listings, and ensuring every detail — from titles to tags — is on point. You’ll write compelling product descriptions, choose the best tags, and optimize every listing for search visibility. You know how to work with Etsy’s algorithm, from using high-impact tags to crafting titles that rank and convert. You’ll coordinate product launches, manage inventory, and monitor orders from start to finish. If a customer has a question or complaint, you’re quick to respond with kindness and clarity. You love the challenge of increasing visibility and conversion rates without sacrificing authenticity. You’ll assist with photo uploads, promotional strategies, and keeping our shop looking fresh and aligned with seasonal trends. Your organizational skills keep everything running behind the scenes, from inventory to restock alerts.

Basic Qualifications:

• Build a customer list for remarketing or future product launches using Etsy tools or integrations.
• Coordinate with external tools or integrations (e.g., Printify, Canva, Marmalead, EverBee) to streamline operations.
• Track shop performance using Etsy analytics—adjust pricing, keywords, and strategies based on data, trends, and customer behavior.
• Collaborate with freelancers or virtual assistants if the shop scales and workload increases.
• Track expenses, revenue, and profit margins—especially if managing physical goods or fulfillment services.

Preferred:

• Has ideas for product expansion, marketing, or social media tie-ins.
• Excited to grow into roles like E-commerce Manager, Brand Strategist, or Product Creator.
• Pays close attention to shop aesthetics and brand consistency across listings.
• Understands the unique balance between creativity and analytics in running an Etsy shop.
• Familiar with Etsy SEO, including titles, tags, and descriptions that boost discoverability.
