Description:

We’re seeking a Gynecologist who views women’s health as a lifelong partnership — someone who offers expert guidance, clear communication, and nonjudgmental care across all stages of life. You’ll conduct comprehensive exams, manage reproductive health concerns, and address everything from first visits to menopause support. You’ll advise on menstrual health, sexual wellness, contraception, fertility planning, and menopausal care in a safe and open environment. You’ll perform routine and diagnostic procedures, including Pap smears, colposcopies, and pelvic ultrasounds. You’ll treat common gynecological conditions like infections, fibroids, endometriosis, and PCOS with up-to-date medical approaches. You’ll manage prenatal and postnatal care plans while working closely with obstetricians, nutritionists, and mental health professionals when needed. You’ll work closely with nurses, midwives, and other specialists to ensure coordinated, whole-person care. You’ll work alongside nurses, sonographers, and primary care teams to ensure coordinated and efficient patient journeys. You’ll manage electronic medical records with precision, ensuring that all clinical notes are timely and compliant.

Basic Qualifications:

• Maintain detailed, confidential medical records and document every consultation, test, and follow-up accurately.
• Handle a demanding schedule while ensuring each patient feels heard, respected, and supported.
• Educate patients on contraception options, sexual health, and preventative screenings in a clear and respectful way.
• Mentor junior staff, interns, or residents in clinical best practices and compassionate care.
• Communicate complex medical information in language that patients can actually understand.

Preferred:

• Experience performing routine exams, pap smears, breast exams, and prenatal care appointments.
• Able to diagnose and treat reproductive health issues including hormonal disorders, infections, and menstrual concerns.
• Enjoys guiding women through key life stages including puberty, pregnancy, and menopause.
• Wants to grow into roles like Department Head, Medical Educator, or OB/GYN Consultant.
• Licensed medical doctor with specialization in obstetrics and gynecology and completed residency training.
