Description:

We’re offering a Content / Music / Video Producer Trainee role for someone who loves to create and wants to learn how stories, visuals, and sound come together in professional content — no experience required, just creative energy and a willingness to learn. You’ll assist in planning shoots, recording sessions, and content series across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Spotify. We’ll teach you how to turn raw footage into cohesive narratives, with pacing, flow, and emotional resonance. You’ll help shoot interviews, record voiceovers, mix audio, or animate transitions depending on the project needs. Expect to work with multiple formats — from vertical social videos to full-length podcasts or cinematic promos. You’ll get hands-on with tools like DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, GarageBand, or FL Studio depending on the project. We’ll guide you through layering music with visuals and using sound to create rhythm, tension, or energy. You’ll learn how to produce for different platforms — from fast-paced Reels to longer YouTube breakdowns. You’ll also learn how to optimize exports and formats depending on each platform’s unique requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

• Work hands-on with editing—video, audio, or music—if you have the chops, or guide post-production teams if not.
• Oversee shoots or recording sessions, making sure everything stays on track and on message.
• Collaborate with marketing, social, and creative teams to make sure the content has real business impact.
• Track analytics like views, retention, click-throughs, or streams to measure what’s working.
• Coordinate teams of writers, editors, musicians, videographers, and designers to bring creative ideas to life.

Preferred:

• Pays attention to story arc, tone, pacing, and engagement when reviewing final outputs.
• Familiar with planning, scripting, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating shoots or recording sessions.
• Wants to grow into roles like Executive Producer, Creative Director, or Head of Content.
• Knows how to translate ideas or briefs into clear production plans and executable formats.
• Can manage multiple projects in parallel and adapt quickly to last-minute changes.
