Description:

We’re looking for a Remote CRM Specialist who can see both the details in the data and the bigger picture of customer experience. You’ll be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and improving our CRM system so our teams can move faster and smarter. You’ll help us better understand our audience by organizing, segmenting, and tracking customer interactions from first touch to loyal user. You’ll own the CRM workflows, automations, and reporting dashboards that drive smarter decisions. If you love diving into systems and streamlining processes, you’ll feel right at home here. You’ll create custom dashboards, tag systems, and workflows that help teams work with clarity and efficiency. You’ll work with marketing to map journeys, with sales to streamline outreach, and with support to close feedback loops. Accuracy and attention to detail are your superpowers — you catch errors before they become problems. You’ll audit records, clean duplicates, and keep everything compliant with data privacy standards.

Basic Qualifications:

• Document processes, automation logic, and naming conventions to keep the CRM setup scalable and team-friendly.
• Be the internal “CRM champion” who answers questions, solves problems, and advocates for better processes.
• Track lifecycle journeys and suggest ways to improve customer experience based on engagement data.
• Support GDPR, CCPA, or other compliance efforts by managing data access, consent, and deletion workflows inside the CRM.
• Make sure the CRM isn’t just a database—it’s a powerful engine for better relationships, smarter decisions, and sustainable growth.

Preferred:

• Comfortable importing, cleaning, and organizing large datasets within a CRM.
• Capable of translating team needs into CRM workflows that save time and reduce friction.
• Knows how to create reports, dashboards, and analytics for sales or marketing teams.
• Willing to audit existing CRM structures and recommend improvements.
• Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Pipedrive.

You’ll also play a key role in onboarding new team members and training them on CRM usage and workflows. You’ll thrive in this role if you love clean workflows, sharp reports, and happy end-users who never have to ask twice. You’ll balance big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution, sometimes fixing a bug and rewriting a process in the same hour. You’re comfortable in a fully remote setup and know how to stay visible and collaborative with async tools.
