Description:

We’re looking for a Newsletter Copywriter who knows how to grab attention in an inbox full of noise — someone who understands that every word matters when you’ve only got a subject line and a few seconds to hook a reader. You’ll be responsible for crafting email campaigns that sound like they were written for one person — not blasted to a list. You’ll craft subject lines that stand out, write copy that flows like a conversation, and always keep the reader at the center of every word. You’ll work closely with the marketing and content teams to align each newsletter with campaign goals, seasonal trends, and brand tone. You’re comfortable writing in different voices, adapting tone for different segments, and balancing creativity with strategic goals like clicks, conversions, or retention. You’ll test headlines, play with CTAs, and track what works so you can write even better next time.

Basic Qualifications:

• Create or refine reusable templates and content frameworks for recurring newsletters or campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices, spam compliance, and formatting standards.
• Use storytelling techniques to make even mundane updates feel human, clear, and worth sharing.
• Build content calendars in advance and ensure newsletters go out on time—even when things get busy.
• Edit and proofread every word carefully—spelling, grammar, clarity, and brand tone all matter.

Preferred:

• Able to proofread and edit content for clarity, grammar, and consistency.
• Can write for both B2B and B2C audiences depending on campaign goals.
• Knows how to repurpose blog or social content into concise email formats.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging copy.
• Understands the basics of email deliverability, spam triggers, and formatting best practices.
