We’re hiring a Reception Manager who understands that the front desk is more than a desk — it’s the heartbeat of the workplace. You’ll be the face of the company, greeting guests, clients, and team members with a welcoming smile and efficient support. From greeting clients to coordinating room bookings, your mission is to make every interaction feel effortless and welcoming. You’ll oversee and elevate the performance of front desk staff, ensuring every guest is met with grace and efficiency. The way you handle chaos — calmly, gracefully, and without missing a beat — is what makes you stand out. When the unexpected happens — a no-show, a last-minute VIP guest, or a power outage — you’re already on Plan B. Training and mentoring reception staff will be a key part of your role — you lead by example. You’ll optimize schedules, improve systems, and ensure reception processes are both smooth and scalable. You’ll interface with leadership and admin teams, balancing people skills with operational rigor.
Basic Qualifications:
- Monitor phone etiquette, dress code, and professionalism among front desk team members to uphold brand standards.
- Implement and maintain check-in procedures, visitor logs, and access control systems in accordance with company policy and security standards.
- Support company events, guest visits, or VIP appointments by coordinating logistics and communicating with relevant teams.
- Handle minor technical issues related to phones, badge printers, or check-in tablets—escalating to IT when necessary.
- Track and report on front desk metrics such as wait times, visitor volume, or issue resolution times to identify areas for improvement.
Preferred:
- Comfortable handling confidential information, ID verification, and guest records securely.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to welcome guests and staff professionally.
- Able to multitask under pressure and prioritize urgent requests during busy hours.
- Pays attention to cleanliness, signage, and branding across reception and waiting areas.
- Open to supporting internal events, meetings, and team logistics if needed.
