Description:

We’re looking for a Hairdresser who knows how to combine technique with creativity — someone who doesn’t just follow trends, but helps clients discover what truly suits them. You’ll provide a full range of salon services, including precision cuts, creative color, blowouts, and special occasion styling. You’ll begin each appointment with a thoughtful consultation, taking time to understand the client’s lifestyle, face shape, and desired result. You’ll help clients express themselves — whether they want a subtle refresh or a bold transformation. You’ll handle services ranging from trims and blowouts to full color transformations and treatment plans. You’ll stay updated on new styles, color formulas, and techniques to keep your skills sharp and your clients inspired. You’ll recommend at-home care routines and retail products that help clients maintain their style between visits. You’ll manage your own schedule or work with reception to ensure smooth daily flow and minimal client wait times.

Basic Qualifications:

• Handle walk-ins and scheduled appointments efficiently to reduce wait times.
• Cut, trim, and shape hair using scissors, razors, or clippers with precision and care.
• Promote new services, loyalty programs, or seasonal offers to boost client engagement.
• Participate in staff meetings or workshops to improve service quality and team coordination.
• Stay calm under pressure during busy hours or demanding clients.

Preferred:

• Can maintain client relationships, encourage repeat visits, and build a personal client base.
• Experienced in working with all genders and age groups in a salon, spa, or freelance setting.
• Willing to support reception tasks like greeting clients or managing bookings if needed.
• Skilled in coloring techniques including highlights, balayage, root touch-ups, and full-color applications.
• Wants to grow into roles like Senior Stylist, Salon Manager, or Educator.
