Description:

We’re looking for an Affiliate Marketing Assistant who’s ready to jump into the fast-paced world of digital partnerships and help us scale smart. You’ll be working behind the scenes (and sometimes front and center) to support our affiliate efforts — sourcing new partners, managing day-to-day communications, and helping campaigns run like a well-oiled machine. From organizing affiliate assets and campaign briefs to ensuring that links, tracking codes, and payouts are accurate — your attention to detail will keep things on track. You’ll assist with reviewing applications, managing outreach lists, and keeping our CRM and affiliate platform tidy and up-to-date. Communication will be a big part of your role: you’ll respond to affiliate questions, help troubleshoot minor issues, and work cross-functionally with marketing and analytics teams to gather reports and insights. You love numbers, but you also understand that behind every stat is a relationship worth nurturing.

Basic Qualifications:

• Assist with compliance checks to ensure affiliates follow brand guidelines and avoid shady practices.
• Coordinate small affiliate contests, bonuses, or shout-outs to boost engagement and motivation.
• Work with the analytics team to analyze traffic and conversions generated from affiliate efforts.
• Organize folders, spreadsheets, and asset libraries so affiliates always have what they need at their fingertips.
• Pull screenshots, testimonials, or results from affiliates to be used in case studies or internal presentations.

Preferred:

• Interest in learning how to grow and optimize affiliate programs over time.
• Strong communication skills for reaching out to partners and handling follow-ups.
• Basic understanding of how affiliate marketing works and its role in digital growth.
• Comfortable working remotely, managing tasks, and reporting progress.
• Comfortable using analytics dashboards to track clicks, conversions, and ROI.
