We’re on the hunt for a WordPress Assistant who’s part tech-savvy problem solver, part content perfectionist. You know your way around the WordPress admin panel, can spot formatting issues from a mile away, and love making sure everything looks polished and professional. You’re familiar with visual builders like Elementor or Gutenberg, and you know how to use them to build clean, responsive layouts that stay on-brand. You’ve probably worked with Elementor, Gutenberg, or other popular page builders, and you know how to build layouts that look great and work well on all screen sizes. You know the importance of clean formatting, image optimization, and mobile responsiveness, and you have a good eye for catching small mistakes that others miss. Maybe you’ve optimized a few pages for SEO, resized a lot of images, or even cleaned up a theme that had way too many unnecessary features.

Basic Qualifications:

• Backup websites regularly and restore from backups when needed—because tech happens.
• Support eCommerce setups (WooCommerce) by managing products, inventory, or simple plugin settings.
• Help migrate content from old platforms or staging sites into live WordPress environments.
• Collaborate with designers and marketers to implement changes and make sure design and functionality go hand in hand.
• Troubleshoot layout issues, plugin conflicts, or broken links and fix them efficiently without causing downtime.

Preferred:

• Comfortable updating website content, proofreading posts, and ensuring formatting consistency.
• Interested in learning about WordPress performance, caching, and site speed.
• Can handle light design tweaks using themes and theme customizers.
• Can assist with uploading products, managing WooCommerce listings, or organizing pages.
• Open to learning advanced tools like ACF, CPT UI, or multilingual plugins.
