Description:

We’re hiring a Manual QA Tester who takes bugs personally — someone who notices what others miss and genuinely cares about delivering clean, intuitive, frustration-free products. You’ll test mobile apps across iOS and Android devices, verifying that every screen, gesture, and interaction works as intended. You’ll execute test cases, perform exploratory testing, and identify layout issues, crashes, or broken flows. You’ll follow test plans, run checklists, and use your instincts to go beyond the obvious paths and find hidden problems. You’ll work alongside developers and designers to understand product logic and identify edge cases they might miss. You’ll report bugs clearly and with context — including device info, OS versions, screenshots, and steps to reproduce. You’ll verify fixes in new builds, test in staging environments, and run regression checks before releases go live. We’ll teach you how to prioritize severity, escalate issues effectively, and balance speed with thoroughness. You’ll perform regression testing before deployments and verify that previous bugs haven’t crept back in. You’ll support UX teams by flagging rough spots, unclear labels, or inconsistent behaviors even when technically “nothing’s broken.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Log bugs with clear steps to reproduce, screenshots, and notes for developers to act on.
  • Stay curious—poke around the app even after the checklist says you’re done.
  • Balance precision with speed when release days require fast smoke tests.
  • Test across browsers, devices, and operating systems to ensure consistency and compatibility.
  • Test web, mobile, or desktop applications manually to ensure features work as expected.

Preferred:

  • Comfortable identifying regressions, broken flows, or edge cases in early and late stages of development.
  • Understands the software development lifecycle and the role of QA in agile or waterfall environments.
  • Experience performing manual testing on web, mobile, or desktop applications across different platforms and browsers.
  • Able to test features independently while also contributing to team-wide QA coverage.
  • Able to follow checklists and SOPs but also think critically to spot non-obvious issues.

Benefits:

  • Paid courses, certifications, or conference tickets — all on us.
  • You’re part of retros, plannings, launches — not just “please test this.”
  • And yes — you’ll get to say “I caught that” when no one else even noticed.
  • Flexible hours — bugs don’t run on office hours, and neither do you.
  • Team rituals like “WTF Wednesday” for the weirdest bugs of the week.

” You’ll collaborate daily with your team during standups, planning sessions, and retrospectives. This role is perfect for someone who loves clean interfaces, hates crashes, and thinks like a power user. You’ll give feedback not just on whether something works, but whether it feels polished, logical, and complete. We value testers who speak up, suggest improvements, and care about polish — not just functionality. We’ll support you with structured onboarding, experienced QA leads, and space to grow in your role. By the end of your first months, you’ll be seen as a reliability checkpoint — someone who makes every release stronger. If you want to protect the quality of what ends up in people’s hands — we’re ready to test with you. By the end of your first release cycle, you’ll be trusted, respected, and irreplaceable on the QA team. If you believe quality is in the details — and you know where to look — we’re ready for you to test with us.
