We’re seeking a Freelance Blog Writer who has a way with words — someone who can turn a simple idea into a story readers actually want to finish. You’re someone who can take a topic (even a boring one) and turn it into something engaging, useful, and maybe even a little fun. Whether it’s a deep-dive explainer, a product-driven article, or a light, conversational listicle, you know how to strike the right tone and keep the reader engaged. You’ll work closely with our content team or editors (sometimes solo), taking briefs or pitching topics, researching deeply, and turning drafts into polished, publish-ready pieces. You’re comfortable writing for different tones — from casual and witty to formal and authoritative — and can adjust your voice to suit the brand or audience. Your writing voice is flexible, but always clear and human. You’re open to edits but confident in your choices.

Basic Qualifications:

• Keep an organized archive of drafts, revisions, and published links for easy reference.
• Deliver original content with proper sourcing—no plagiarism, AI fluff, or recycled filler.
• Pitch fresh article ideas regularly based on trends, SEO opportunities, or gaps in existing content.
• Research and write clear, engaging blog posts on assigned topics that resonate with the target audience.
• Be flexible with article length—from 500-word updates to 2000-word deep dives—depending on the brief.

Preferred:

• Currently studying or has background in journalism, communications, or marketing.
• Knows how to write content tailored to specific audiences or niches.
• Aware of plagiarism concerns and committed to original, high-quality writing.
• Has samples or a portfolio that demonstrates variety in voice and subject matter.
• Can research unfamiliar topics and write confidently based on trusted sources.
