Description:

We’re hiring a Truck Driver who knows that delivering freight isn’t just about getting from A to B — it’s about doing it safely, reliably, and with pride. You’ll learn what it takes to drive across regions and clock hundreds of kilometers per day without compromising safety or focus. You’ll ride with experienced long-haul drivers, see real loading docks, truck stops, tight schedules, and how pros handle the unexpected calmly. You’ll spend the first weeks in guided training: how to inspect a vehicle, read delivery paperwork, manage fuel, and plan smart routes. You’ll learn how to drive safely with cargo, back into tight loading zones, manage time windows, and avoid the most common mistakes made by rookies. You’ll handle loading and unloading when required, and communicate with dispatch like a pro. You’ll learn how to manage your time, take legal rest breaks, and never rush a job at the cost of safety — or your health. You’ll be trained in safety protocols, weight limits, road signs, and how to navigate industrial areas with confidence, not fear. You’ll be trained to balance drive time, rest breaks, fuel stops, and drop-offs without cutting corners or breaking rules.

Basic Qualifications:

• Comply with all federal, state, and local traffic laws, as well as company safety standards and delivery procedures.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate pickups, inventory handling, and returns.
• Inspect vehicles before and after trips—checking brakes, lights, tires, fluid levels, and cargo security in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Keep truck interiors clean and presentable—especially when interacting with customers during regular deliveries.
• Maintain professionalism and reliability—showing up on time and representing the company well at each stop.

Preferred:

• Familiar with using GPS devices, electronic logging devices (ELDs), or routing apps.
• Thrives in solo work environments with responsibility and independence.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, hours-of-service rules, and logbook requirements.
• Comfortable working independently, following schedules, and adapting to changes on the road.
• Proven experience operating long-haul, local, or regional trucks safely and efficiently.
