You don’t need to be an expert yet, but you should feel comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets, and ideally have some experience with SQL or data visualization tools. You’ll help build dashboards, generate reports, and spot trends that others might miss, making complex data more accessible to non-technical teammates. Whether you're identifying trends in customer behavior, spotting anomalies in financial reports, or helping visualize campaign performance, your insights will play a real role in shaping decisions. You’re the type who triple-checks formulas, labels charts clearly, and takes pride in delivering clean, reliable work.

Basic Qualifications:

• Grow fast by listening, practicing, and contributing ideas even if you're new.
• Be proactive about asking for feedback or clarification instead of waiting to get stuck.
• Support ad hoc requests from different departments and learn how to prioritize under shifting demands.
• Keep learning new tools and techniques that make your analysis sharper and more efficient.
