Description:

We’re hiring a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant to join our team and support the daily operations of our online store. You’ll be responsible for managing product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and images are displayed. You’ll assist with processing orders, coordinating shipments, and handling any customer inquiries related to deliveries or product issues. You’ll update inventory levels and ensure that all products are properly stocked and available for customers. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns, manage discounts, and optimize product visibility online. You’ll provide support for customer service inquiries, ensuring timely responses to customer requests and concerns. You’ll manage product categorization, ensuring the website is organized and easy for customers to navigate. You’ll maintain a clean and organized online store, ensuring that products are easy to find and navigate for customers.

Basic Qualifications:

• Process incoming orders, coordinate with suppliers or fulfillment teams, and track shipping details to ensure timely delivery.
• Use tools like Trello, Notion, or Airtable to manage product update pipelines and task workflows.
• Help test new store features or product pages to confirm functionality before launch.
• Respond to customer inquiries or complaints via email or platform messages, maintaining a helpful and professional tone.
• Assist with adding, updating, and managing product listings across platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, or Etsy.

Preferred:

• Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, or Airtable for product tracking and order management.
• Able to assist with customer inquiries, order status updates, and basic returns or refunds.
• Enjoys working behind the scenes to keep online stores running smoothly.
• Capable of working remotely and communicating clearly with team members and vendors.
• Background or interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, business, or product merchandising.
