Looking for your first hands-on job? If you’ve never worked on a job site before, that’s okay — we’ll teach you everything from the ground up. You’ll start with the basics: how to mix plaster, carry tile, prep walls, mask windows, and clean up like a professional. You’ll work under the guidance of experienced crew leads who will show you how things are really built — not just in theory, but with your hands. You’ll start with easy but important tasks like moving materials, setting up tools, and keeping the site clean. Every tool you touch — we’ll teach you how to use it properly and safely, step by step. You’ll understand how to check lines, edges, and joins — and how to stop, ask, and fix something before it’s covered forever. You’ll be part of a team where quality matters more than speed — and you’ll get faster the right way, not by skipping steps. You’ll be expected to ask questions, take correction well, and never pretend to know something you don’t — that’s how real tradespeople grow.

Basic Qualifications:

• Report equipment malfunctions, missing materials, or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.
• Ultimately, help build safe, functional structures by performing hands-on tasks that keep the project moving forward every day.
• Operate basic tools and equipment including hammers, saws, drills, compactors, and forklifts under proper supervision.
• Follow instructions from supervisors, foremen, or site managers to support building, renovation, or demolition projects safely and efficiently.
• Support skilled tradespeople (e.g., electricians, carpenters, masons, plumbers) by preparing work areas and fetching tools or materials.

Preferred:

• Shows up on time, ready to work, and maintains a reliable work ethic.
• Willing to attend safety briefings, training sessions, or tool demos when required.
• Background or interest in construction, building, renovation, or skilled trades.
• Willing to help clean and prepare job sites before and after construction tasks.
• Pays attention to workplace safety, wears proper PPE, and follows safety guidelines at all times.
