You’re used to working remotely and independently, managing deadlines with ease and communicating clearly when you need support or direction. You’re not afraid to ask questions, push back (politely), or suggest a stronger angle when the brief feels flat.

Basic Qualifications:

• Respect client confidentiality and follow brand guidelines, style guides, and tone requirements.
• Work with content managers to align on goals, outlines, and formatting preferences before writing begins.
• Research and write clear, engaging blog posts on assigned topics that resonate with the target audience.
• Manage multiple assignments at once and communicate proactively if delays or blockers arise.
• Incorporate feedback gracefully—even if it means rewriting a section from scratch.

• Understands how to structure articles with headings, subheadings, and clear flow.
• Experience using writing tools like Grammarly, Hemingway, or Notion.
• Aware of plagiarism concerns and committed to original, high-quality writing.
• Knows how to write content tailored to specific audiences or niches.
