Description:

We’re seeking a Remote Branding Consultant who can craft impactful branding strategies that elevate businesses in a competitive market. You’ll work closely with clients to define their brand's mission, vision, and values, ensuring consistency across all marketing efforts. You’ll assist with the development of brand strategies, including positioning, messaging, and audience targeting. You’ll help clients develop a strong visual identity, including logo design, color palettes, and typography, to ensure brand recognition. You’ll guide clients in crafting compelling brand stories that resonate with their audience and differentiate them from competitors. You’ll collaborate with clients to craft brand stories that convey their vision, mission, and value proposition in a compelling way. You’ll develop visual branding elements, including logos, color schemes, and fonts, that reflect the brand’s personality and tone. You’ll support businesses with rebranding efforts, ensuring a smooth transition while retaining core brand elements. You’ll help clients with brand positioning, ensuring they stand out in a competitive market and appeal to their ideal audience.

Basic Qualifications:

• Advise on how to apply branding consistently across digital touchpoints: websites, social media, packaging, and marketing materials.
• Stay updated on branding trends, design psychology, and communication shifts to offer fresh, relevant advice.
• Build out customer personas and messaging frameworks to guide marketing and content decisions.
• Help clients choose or refine brand names, taglines, or product messaging that aligns with their goals and values.
• Create clear documentation, moodboards, or creative briefs that serve as foundations for designers, copywriters, and marketers.

Preferred:

• Familiar with branding across digital touchpoints — websites, social media, packaging, and email.
• Pays attention to competitor positioning and helps clients stand out authentically.
• Has experience working with startups, personal brands, or product launches remotely.
• Can audit social presence and make recommendations for brand consistency and engagement.
• Comfortable conducting brand audits and identifying areas for improvement or differentiation.
