Description:

We’re hiring a Remote CRM Specialist who understands that the heart of a business is in how it manages its relationships. You’ll own the backend of our customer data operations, making sure our CRM reflects the real-world customer lifecycle. You’ll help us better understand our audience by organizing, segmenting, and tracking customer interactions from first touch to loyal user. Your job is part architect, part analyst, and part problem-solver — and you love wearing all three hats. If you love diving into systems and streamlining processes, you’ll feel right at home here. You’ll work with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and product to align the system with company goals. You’ll work with marketing to map journeys, with sales to streamline outreach, and with support to close feedback loops. You’ll help define what “qualified lead” means and how we track that in a measurable, repeatable way. You’re the kind of person who documents everything so others don’t have to guess later.

Basic Qualifications:

• Create and optimize workflows, automations, and pipelines that help sales, support, and marketing teams work smarter, not harder.
• Be the internal “CRM champion” who answers questions, solves problems, and advocates for better processes.
• Document processes, automation logic, and naming conventions to keep the CRM setup scalable and team-friendly.
• Pull reports and dashboards for leadership teams on sales performance, customer retention, and engagement trends.
• Set up automated alerts and notifications for deal updates, missed follow-ups, or key account activity to keep teams in sync.

Preferred:

• Willing to audit existing CRM structures and recommend improvements.
• Loves being the behind-the-scenes builder who keeps everything running smoothly.
• Has experience integrating CRMs with tools like Slack, Zapier, or Google Sheets.
• Organized and methodical in managing CRM hygiene, deduplication, and process optimization.
• Open to creating templates, custom fields, and automation rules to streamline processes.

You’ll play a key role in evaluating new tools or integrations, ensuring they fit cleanly into our system. You’ll audit performance regularly and suggest ways to improve data hygiene, reporting accuracy, and user adoption. You’ll bring clarity to chaos, turning spreadsheets and forms into powerful workflows and automations. You’ll also play a key role in onboarding new team members and training them on CRM usage and workflows.
